All the storage containers I've seen have been top-lidded which seems like it would be a pain to get shoes in and out of them easily. The other systems I've seen are also super expensive, so I decided to try this one and I'm SO happy with it! 12 containers for this price is seriously amazing. I used 8 in my own closet and 4 in my husband's as he has fewer shoes!
These are pretty sturdy especially for something you put together yourself. Easily stackable. Perfect for sandals, sneakers, and flats.
Assembly is easy after you put the first box together. I've had it for a month and it's been great. 1 pair o my bulky size 10 basketball shoes fits in one space. Same with my cycling shoes.Easy to clean (my wife has extreme ocd as it didn't look dirty to me when she cleaned it, but happy wife better life)
